1 & 1/2 cups boiled the kala Chana

2 chopped green chillies

1 teaspoon of coriander powder

1 teaspoon of cumin powder

One teaspoon of dry powdered mango

salt as needed

1 medium onion
-
One medium mango raw
-
40 gm of boondi
-
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
-
1 teaspoon olive oil that is virgin
-
1 & 1/2 teaspoons red chilli powder
-
One teaspoon salt, black
-
1 teaspoon coriander leaves
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1 medium tomato
-
Chaat masala powder, as required
-
garlic as a requirement
How do you create Chana or Boondi Chaat?
· Step 1. Saute the ingredients.
In an oil-free kadhai, add cumin seeds as well as chopped green chillies, and cook. Additionally, add the boiled kale chane, and cook at a low temperature.
· Step 2. Add spices, roast and add.
Then add coriander powder red chilli powder, cumin powder as well as black salt and dried mango powder. Cook at a low temperature.
· Step 3. Do the plating.
