Ingredients of Kair Saangri:

  • 1/2 tablespoon kair
  • salt as needed
  • 1/8 teaspoon of carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon raisins
  • One dry chili red
  • 1/2 kilograms green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dry powdered mango
  • water to meet the requirements

How do i make Kair Saangri?

· Step 1:

Put the pressure cooker over the full heat. Pour some water into it, along with the green beans, kair and salt. Mix thoroughly and close the lid. Cook until 3 whistles, then set it in the refrigerator for a while.

· Step 2:

Then, put a nonstick pan on medium heat in order to pour vegetable oil into it. Once the oil is heated enough you can add the red chili powder, asafoetida, chopped dry red chili, and carom seeds into it. Cook for about a minute.

· Step 3:

The pressure-cooked mix made in the first step into the saucepan along with raisins, salt, dry mango powder coriander powder, turmeric powder. The mixture should cook for about 2-4 minutes over a medium flame.
