  • 1 tablespoon carom seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 cup semolina

  • 1 cup jaggery powder
  • 100 gm chana dal
  • 100 gm green moong dal
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tomato
  • 10 sprigs coriander leaves
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 2 dried red chili

How do you make Daal Baati Churma Recipe?

· Step 1: Procedure to make Daal Baati.

Combine semolina and wheat flour in a bowl. Add baking soda, salt, and carom seeds. Mix in some water, then form into a stiff dough. Let the dough rest for about 20 mins. Repeat the kneading after 20 minutes until a fine texture is created. You should make around 12-15 balls of it. Then, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the balls into the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.

· Step 2: Procedure for making Churma.

When we have our batis and ready to be cooked, we can make the churma together batis. Make four batis that have been roasted and place them in a blender along with jaggery. Mix the mixture until a powdered consistency is produced.
